Here is a little bit about what to expect.
Home is Here is my TV talk show that focuses on the different countries that make up Manitoba's diverse cultural landscape. This show has 3 segments, cultural background, food and games. You will get to hear stories that have shaped individuals, learn about different kinds of food as well as learn new but fun games for you and your family and friends to enjoy.
For the love of Food has lots of exciting recipe challenges that produce recipes that you will not be able to find easily on google, they are that unique!. To add fun to it, we have weekly meal ideas to help you make your weekly meal planning that much easier and yummier....is that a word?? for now it is!. This is a wonderful place for you to exercise your creativity and passion for food.
Doin Dishes is my blog that looks at everyday things that I come across either in my faith as a Christian or just as I interact with people in my every day life.

I was born in Zambia, Southern Africa. My mum (deceased) was a nurse my dad (decease) an accountant. They divorced when I was about 5yrs old. I have a younger brother and one half sister. I am married to one handsome guy, Kalimukwa Sinyama and we have two ridiculously good looking boys ages 5 and 2.
I took some legal courses and got a diploma in Law at the university of Zambia. Later I came to Canada and got a post graduate diploma in International Business. Currently I am taking some courses towards my Certified Financial Planner course. I love to know a little bit about a lot of things :)
I worked as a sales consultant at a software company back in Zambia called Dove Computing Services as well as an office assistant at an auditing firm. When I came to Canada I worked at the Transcona golf club as an office manager and from their I joined the Winnipeg Airport Authority in the cargo department as an intern. I later joined the insurance industry when I got a job at Western Financial Group as a customer service representative in group benefits as well as pension administration.
After maternity leave I decided to leave the work force and follow my passion for creating and writing for TV and I partnered with ShawTV Winnipeg to work on my very first TV Talk Show, Home Is Here.
I am a Christian by faith and I attend and volunteer regularly at my church. I volunteer on the music team as a choir director as well as on the media team as a floor director.
I have a fantastic family , some back in Zambia, USA and England. Over the years I have made friendships that have become family to me. I have such a powerful friendship base that has supported me so much in my different endeavours and I am a lucky girl to call them firends :)
